Before joining UCCS, Deborah worked in Arizona to develop teaching and learning interventions for student success in both science and mathematics. Now Deborah is the Assistant Director of the Excel Science Center. The Science Center provides free drop-in tutoring to support student learning in both lecture and laboratory science courses. Deborah also teaches INDS 2010, a science non-major course to fulfill a science requirement for graduation.
